- Request a quoteAdd products to your quote basket, or send item codes, quantities and your delivery city.
- Written quoteWe confirm specifications, certification, packing, lead time and delivered cost in writing.
- SampleNeed to see it first? We arrange samples for most product lines before you order.
- OrderConfirm the quote with a 30% deposit. Production or allocation starts right away.
- DeliveryBalance of 70% before release, then consolidated delivery to your site, store or warehouse.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 30% deposit to confirm the order and the 70% balance before goods are released for delivery.
What to include in a quote request
- TVD item codes (or photos / links for items not in the catalogue)
- Quantities, finishes, colours and sizes
- Delivery city and any site or timing constraints
